Hello,
Misho13.
Manhattan Prep has designed its own scoring algorithm, so it is impossible to know for sure how your score was generated. You may have missed an Easy question somewhere that affected your score more than some of those harder questions, or perhaps you missed more questions earlier, and the
MGMAT program weights those mistakes more heavily. Rather than focus too much on why the outcome is unfair or below your expectations, why not take the opportunity to sit down and study the questions you missed, seeking to identify weaknesses in approach, timing, or conceptual knowledge that had caused you to falter? I guarantee if you keep working at improving your test-taking sharpness, your score will increase. One final note: although
Manhattan Prep offers high-quality questions and CATs, they are not the same as those generated by GMAC™. You will get a much better indicator of your eventual score by practicing
official CATs. (The first two are free through mba.com, if you have not buzzed through them already.)
Good luck with your studies.
