There is a DS method which knocks of A and D .... then goes through BCE. Perhaps it may help you if you need some structure to go through a DS.

Was once in the same situation as yous. I feel the only way you can improve DS is by eliminating options. Try to prove as many options wrong. Practice from the OG and the GMAT Club CATs. They were instrumental in my DS score of 50.
