n can be 1,2,3,4 for n^3 to lie between 1 and 100

From 1:
 n is odd, but there are 2 values 1 and 3 so INSUFF

From 2:
 n is 2 or 3 both of which are prime, so INSUFF

From 1 and 2:

 n is odd and prime, => n = 3. Hence SUFF

or 1 < <  n  <  4

S1: n =2k+1

n = 1, when k =0
n = 3, when k = 1, Not sufficient.

S2: n is prime.. Could be 2 or 3
Not sufficient.
