There is no reference to the units in which the volume is measured.
So, either question has a typo or it is E

does it matter what way you multiply those numbers? The question is not clear a bit yes, but i assume that truck's storage space is rectangular....

from both, u can find the height and radius of the cylinder. then there is definitely a way to find the maximum number of it to fill in.

Since the units are not specified the answer should be E.
Else the answer would be A as we can find out the volume of storage and the volume of each can and then divide total volume by volume of can to find out the number of cans that can fit..
What is the OA?
