According to this, the collection shud add up to 304$ (as each one is contributing atleast 2$)

So the Ans is 151.... 150 of the members contributed 2$ while one of them gave 3$

Restriction: Each person AT LEAST $2.

So Since $303 collected, if 151 people came, each gave the min of $2, the amount comes up to 151x2 = $302. That means 150 people gave $2, with one person who gave $3.

Important to note that the requirement is that anybody can give more than $2, and not less than $2. 

So if it was 152, then the amount collected at the very least would be =152x2 = $304. Which already is more than $303. It is not possible that 151 gave $2, and the 152nd person gave $1. Each person needs to give AT LEAST $2.

Answer is C. 151.
