You are partiall right, I guess:

if x is +ve; x >= 35/90 ; I am with u

if X is negative then I think the inequality sign flips..x <= 35/90

What do you think?

what is left? you included all possibilities. suppose if x = 35/91, is the inequality work? no. what if x = 35/3500? still not. what if x = 0? impossible.

so only if x > = 35/90 or < 0 works for the inequality.

Multiplicative inverse

The properties for the multiplicative inverse state:

* For any real numbers a and b that are both positive or both negative

- If a > b then 1/a < 1/b
- If a <b> 1/b

If x is positive, x >= 7/18
If x is negative, x<=7/18
x = 0 is not valid
