I got 100:

Let's look on 200-300:
20* - we have 5 odd numbers there: 201, 203, 205, 207, 209
22* - again 5 odd
24* - again 5 odd
26* - again 5 odd
28* - again 5 odd
For this range we have 25 such numbers, right?
We have 4 group of ranges: 200, 300, 400, 500

So 25*4 = 100.

oops sorry **EDITED**

We have 4 group of ranges: 200, 300, 400, 500

So 25*4 = 100.

Actually this can be done faster:
600-200 = 401 int.
401/2 = 200 odd int.
200/2 = 100 odd int with even tenth digit

hmmm, this must work, cuz number of even tens and odd tens is the same.

got it,

Thank you.
