How did you get p=1.7c from 7/10∗p=119/100∗c ?

\(\frac{7}{10}*p = \frac{119}{100}*c\)

Multiply both sides by 100:

\(70p = 119c\)

Divide by 70:

\(p = 1.7c\)

\(\frac{7}{10}*p = \frac{119}{100}*c\)

Multiply both sides by 100:

\(70p = 119c\)

Divide by 70:

\(p = 1.7c\)
