The number must be divisible by 2 and 3. Therefore it must end in 2, 4, 6 or 8. Let this be x.

Sum of digits must be divisible by 3. Therefore 2x + 1 must be divisible by 3. Among 2, 4, 6, 8, only 4 satisifies this. The number is 4104.
