1. if 10z = 93,120 then z = 9,312 SUFFICIENT
2. 9312 rounded to nearest hundred is 9,300 but 9285 rounds to 9,300 as well. INSUFFICIENT

from stat 1 , you can get the value of z as 9312. Hundreds digit is 3. suff

from stat 2, z can be 9299 or 9301 ... both rounded to the nearest hundred give 9300, but the hundreds digit in both is different. insuff.
