The range is 0 because the largest and smallest elements are equal, and range = largest - smallest.

I've never seen even one real GMAT question which tested the mode, and I've seen several thousand real GMAT questions. I did read a test taker debrief once however that mentioned the mode appearing in a question, so while it's extremely unlikely that you will see it, I'd suggest you at least know what the mode is. There's nothing more you need to know besides the definition.
