One query here: When we say "first 2 multiples of 3", we mean 3 & 6. Similary first five will be 3, 6, 9, 12 & 15.
Question is: Zero will be which multiple of 3???

I don't think that multiples of a number are ordered, unless we specify what multiples are we talking about:

3 and 6 are first two positive multiples of 3.
-3, -6, -9 would be first three negative multiples of 3.

I suppose it would be the "zeroth" multiple. (According to Merriam-Webster, it's a word! "being numbered zero in a series.")
