If i follow GMATCLUB book would it be sufficent ?

Obviously it will not be sufficient. Just to kick off ur preparation, u can use it & also during later stage. MGMAT study guides is a good option.

If you're starting from absolute square one and the MGMAT books go over your head then try out the Princeton review books. They do a great job explaining the absolute basics of the quant section.

But if you want a great score then you'll have to go through the MGMAT books eventually
