My answer is B as well. I have a different way to solve this problem.

C = {1,2,3,4,5,6,7}

Hence D= {3556,3557,3558,3559,3660,3661,3662}

From statement 1, D is divisible by 4. A short cut to see If a number is divisible by 4 is to check if the last two digits of the number is divisible by 4. In the above set - D only 3556 and 3660 are divisible by 4. Since we have more than one answer Statement 1 is not sufficient.

From statement 2, D is divisible by 5. Which means the unit digit should either be 5 or 0. 3660 is the only number that satisfies this. Hence statement 2 is just sufficient to answer the question.
