1) the third angle could either be equal to ABC or ACB.
Can't determine the value of ACB without knowing the value of BAC.

Not sure whether AB is equal to AC or BC

Combining both,
If AB is equalised to AC, Angle B and Angle C has to be the same but they are not (refer to image)
Hence, AB = BC
Angle CAB = ACB = 2*ABC
The total value of all angles = 180
Let, CAB = X
Then,
X+X+2X = 180
4X = 180
X = 45
ACB = 45°
(Sufficient)
Answer is C
