A number is divisible by 6 if it is divisible by both 2 and 3. So our number will be divisible by 6 if it is an even number, and if its digits sum to a multiple of 3. Statement 1 is not sufficient, because we don't even know if the number is even or odd. Statement 2 is not sufficient since we don't know if the digits sum to a multiple of 3.
Using both Statements, we know from Statement 2 that our number is even, so is divisible by 2, and we know combining the two statements that the digits sum to 12, so the number is divisible by 3. So the number must be divisible by 6 and the answer is C.
