Breaking Down the Info:
In order to know the average speed from A to B, we need to know the time taken to travel from A to B, and the distance from A to B.
Statement 1 Alone:
We have the distance, but we still need to know the time. Statement 1 alone is insufficient.
Statement 2 Alone:
This is not useful unless we have the distance from A to C and the distance from B to C. We can only infer the average speed from A to B is less than 160/3. Statement 2 alone is insufficient.
