Bunuel VeritasKarishma - Could you please explain the solution?

p could be 2 or 3.

Using both statements, if p is 2, q is 3. If q is 3, p is 2.

But what if p = 3? Then is q = 2? May be, may be not.

If q = 2 when p = 3, then pq = 6
If q = 100 when p = 3, then pq is not 6

Since p can be either 2 or 3, we don't what value q will take and hence we cannot say whether pq will be 6 or not.

I know its an old post, but could we get some clarification on OA and possible solution? Marked E because both statements seem to give the same information but OA is shown as C
Thanks
