I have 4 questions in my mathematics assignment in which I'm facing problems.. I would really appreciate if gurus can help me on these. I can't figure out what to do in these questions.
The questions are as follows: 1. Find the last two digits number for 91^92.
2. In a group of 8 people, 6 can speak English, 5 can speak Mandarin. How many ways to select 4 people from that group so that two of them can be translators for English and the other two can be translators for Mandarin?
3. 3 Teachers are assigned to teach for 6 different classes. In how many ways can the teachers be assigned if: (a) each of them is assigned for two classes. (b) one is assigned for one class, one is assigned for two classes and one is assigned for three classes.
4. There were some traffic lights on the way from John's house to his office. The distance between each traffic light was 450 meters. Each traffic light functions in a following pattern, 35 seconds of green light followed by 5 seconds of yellow lights followed 35 seconds of red light. One morning, John was riding this motorcycle to his office at the speek of 54 km/hr. He found that at each junction he met the green light. If he used the same way to go back from his office to his house, what is the maximum speed at which he should ride in order to make sure that he will meet the green light at all the junctions. (except the first one).
Thank you.
