Julia in 1st place - 1.4P1.3P3 ( Julia takes 1st place in 1 way, Maria take any of the remaining 4 places in 4P1 ways, rest three take the remaining three places in 3P3 ways)
Julia in 2nd place - 1.3P1.3P3
Julia in 3 rd place - 1.2P1.3P3
Julia in 4 th place - 1.1P1.3P3

Number of ways = sum of above
= 3p3(4 + 3+ 2+1) = 60
