I kinda agree with your approach but that yields 9 which is not in the answer choice

# of ways to pick the 1st port = 5
# of ways to pick the 2nd port = 4
# of correct ways = 1

# of incorrect ways = 20 - 1 = 19.

Only one combination is correct, but there are 5!/3! ways to plug in two accessories.

5!/3! - 1 = 19

Yes, my bad. It should be P(5,2)-1, since different orders do count as different incorrect ways.
