Key: For every $0.01 additional earning per share, the shareholder will receive an additional $0.04

Given: Actual earning per share = $1.1
Therefore, additional earning per share over $0.8 = $1.1 - $0.8 = $0.3

Therefore, additional amount the shareholder receives per share
= 0.04 * 0.3 = 0.12

Net amount received by the shareholder per share = $0.40 + $0.12 = $0.52

Total earning for 200 shares = $0.52 * 200 = $104
