24 S Cost -> 24*10x = 240x
10 D Cost -> x = 10x
Total cost -> 250x
% of all database software licenses = 10x/250x * 100 = 4%

OA is B and here is the detailed explanation:

If x is the cost of each software license, the cost of each server is 10x.

The total cost of the purchase is

= 24(10x) + 10x
= 240x + 10x
= 250x

To determine the database software's percent of the total cost, divide the total cost of the software by the total cost of the purchase. Thus,

= 10x/250x
= .04

= 4%

It is B. Let the server cost be 100, so license cost would be 10.
24 servers would cost 2400 and 10 db license would cost 100
so a total of 2500 .

Hence DB license Cost is 4% (100 is 4% of 2500)

cost of server = s
cost of license = l

s = 10l

(10l)/(24s+10l) = s/(24s+s) = 1/25 = 4%
