A certain tournament is divided into 2 brackets. Each bracket has 10 players. Each player will compete with each of the other players in the same bracket on a single match only. The top player on each bracket will play the championship match. Assuming that there will be no draw when the scores on each bracket are tallied, how many matches will there be?

10c2 *2 = matches for 2 brackets = 45*2 = 90

Selecting any 2 players will give 1 match.
So total matches in each bracket = total number of selections of 2 players out of 10 = 10c2 = 45
In 2 brackets = 2*45 = 90
Total matches = 90 + 1 (Championship Match between bracket toppers) = 91
IMO Option C.
