Its B - 1/6. Here is my working.
n = 4 ((Sum of all numbers - n)/20)
20n = 4(sum of all numbers -n)
5n = sum of all numbers - n
6n = sum of all numbers
n = 1/6(Sum of all numbers)

The Answer is B -- 1/6.
Here is my approach :
lets say Z is the sum of 20 numbers
N is 4 times the average of 20 numbers i.e N = 4(Z/20) = Z/5
Fraction = part/ whole = N/N+Z = (Z/5)/ (Z+Z/5)
= (Z/5) / (6Z/5)
= 1/6
