1 divides all the numbers.
As the number is repeated 3 time, so the sum of digits will always be divisible by 3.

Agree..

One divides all numbers.

Three can divide these numbers, as the sum is divisible by 3.

It should be 21, though I am not sure (worked for most of the numbers I chose). It was a fluke that I hit this number, not able to find a mathematical reasoning.

I know the number has to be an odd number between 11 and 99 apart from this I also guessed the unit digit to be 1 so tried with 11 and 21, and hit on the second attempt.

Are you sure 11 is in the list. I tried dividing 353535/11 and get 32139.54
