i also believe there could be a typo somewhere.

oa is 1280

5/80=80/x

does this make sense?

it means ...

the % of labelled fish in the second catch = % of labelled in the first catch

I beleive this line was missing .....!

so 5/80 = 80/x

x = total no of fish in the pound
which is = 1280
