A) 6x/54 + 2x/3 = x/9 + 2x/3

B) (4x-18)/9 = 4x/9 - 18/9 if 2x is a multiple then 4x is it too etc.

C) (2x+27)/9

D) (81-4x^2)/81

E) (2x-3)/3

9 is a factor of 2x it is not stated that is also the factor of x. I go for A

OA is A.. if you make x=4.5, you will see that 6x/54 = 1/2.
