I agree with 20

So, 5X14 and 6X14 this two give you a total of only 20 no.s i.e 5014,5114,5214,5314..........and 6014,6114,6214,6314.......

0 to 9 and 0 to 9 ---> this makes 10*2

Is there a method to find it? Counting individual numbers is time consuming.

How about this?
5000 to 7000 means xx14 form => 2*10*1*1 = 20
