60 has a total of 12 factors:
1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 10, 12, 15, 20, 30, 60
SQRT(49) < SQRT(60) < SQRT(64)
7 < SQRT(60) < 8
Essentially all factors greater than 8 is what we are looking for i.e, 10, 12, 15, 20, 30, 60 --> in all 6
Also 60 is no a perfect square and hence it will have half the numer of factors greater thaan sqrt(60)
