I am so stupid got the answer.

1-40 - 10 multiples
40-80 - 10 multiple
80-100 - 5 multiples


25 is the answer.

0 is not a multiple of 4, nor is 0 between 0 and 100!

First multiple of 4 between 0 and 100 is 4=1(4)
Last is 96=24(4)

So there are 24 multiples of 4 between 0 and 100

Number of terms in a AP series ( the series here is 4,8,12.......96)

(96+4)/2 - 1 = 24
