Then it should be 12 -15 th days in a year or 12/365

I think the answer is 12/365

Winning scenarios = 12( 15th day)

Total possible outcomes = there is 365 days in a year

So therefore to be really safe you should take the average consideration across all 4 years. In any given 4 years, you will have one leap year and the other three non leap years, so therefore the answer.

Personally I dont like it, and I'm sticking with 12/365.

No patience for all these "trick" questions *grumble, grumble*
