It's 50.

There are 5 possibilities for first digit because it can't be 0.
There are 5 possibilities for the second one.
And there are 2 possibilites for the last one ( we want even number, only 0,2,4 suite us, and one of them was used to for hundreds and tens)

5*5*2=50

is that right?
for units why couldn't two of them (0,4,2) be used for hundreds and tens

I get 52
unit's digit can be either 0, 2 or 4

if unit's digit is 0, then hundred's can be any 5 and ten's digit can be any 4 = 5x4 = 20
If units digit is 2: hundreds digit can be any 4 (1,3,4,5) and units can be any 4 (0 and the remaining 3) = 16
Similarly if units digit is 4, 16 possible numbers

Total = 20+16+16 = 52
