U = 36 to 40
V= 13 * (37/38/39/40)
U can simply notice on the unit digit while multiplying with these 4 numbers.

Looking at the options only Option A,B&D are divisible by 13 (v is divisible by 13)
Therefore, eliminating options C,E.
Option A : 533 = 13*41 = 13u (Which can not be the case as value of u should be less than 41) Eliminating this.
Option B : 520 = 13*40 = 13u *Satisfies*
Option D : 455 = 13*35 = 13u (Which can not be the case as value of u should be greater than 35) Eliminating this.
( B is Correct)!!
