My solution is
\((24-\frac{1}{3}*24)*200-24x=2*24x\)
And I keep getting 66 2/3!
What is the flaw in my solution?

You have to make an equation of this kind:
Revenue-Expenses=Profit
3200-24x=48x
from this u get that x is equal to 44 4/9
