However, as the question stem talks about prime numbers, I assumed that all the numbers are positive. Not sure whether I am right.

By the way I have a problem with this question as all prime are > 0 when statement about n does not avoid n<0...

Really weird 1 is not taken into account as well as negative numbers...

Is it an official one ?

I think when we talk about prime factor, we need not consider negative numbers.

How do you think about ?

I have chosen E too.

Simply because the other options are not true.
E is strange, but I am 100% sure the other options are not possible.
I used trial and error.
