Hey,
Below are the details of my interview experience. I applied in Phase 1 and interviewed in June.
I had two Group Interviews - Let's call them R1 and R2. You are initially going to get added in a Zoom group invite where you will first verify yourself via Id proof. Post that you will be transferred to R1.
R1 started off with a quick intro and post that it was completely Work experience based. Be well versed with it, not just your current company but your past companies as well. Your projects, Your role, examples and explaining details properly. They may grill so be sure about what you have worked on.
R2 - Cultural fit, your attitude, some out of the box questions - Trick is to stay calm and relaxed and answer it.
Questions from R2:
What makes you think you are - {}. Brackets can be filled with anything from your application answer where you have described yourself.
How do you see yourself in future? - Career wise.
There were few others - Not able to recall it.
