I have powerscore verbal, however thinking about buying powerscore cr. Is it different than just regular verbal? Does it has more information and questions?
Also, what else do you recomend for cr and rc?
Thanks a bunch!

Except powerscore CR, best for my suggestion is The Bang, Bang CR Guide in GMAT forum. For RC, you can get the strategy idea thru MGMAT RC
But the ultimate way to improve is practice, nothing else.

+1.
The only way to improve RC is through practice and no strategy will help you beyond a few steps. Specially try to do passages which are from outside your comfort area and make sure they have no more than 3-4 questions. Doing passages with 6-7 questions can totally ruin your strategy as I found out in my first attempt at taking the GMAT. A very good resource to practice RC from is RC99
Since you are looking for recommendations, let me add here that our (Veritas Prep's) CR and RC books are quite challenging and provide effective strategies...
The RC book has mid-high level passages, many of them above 700 level (especially the last few). You have long ones, technical ones and convoluted ones too. A great little book to practice RC...
The CR books 1 and 2 give you the strategies required to work out different kinds of questions. They use simple language and examples to explain the concepts and then go on to test you with some tough questions.
