Hi,

I have a query which seems basic but very important on the GMAT.

Is a pronoun implied to be referring to the noun that immediately precedes it as its antecedent? For instance, if we have two nouns followed by a "which", is it implied that this pronoun should refer to the last noun that came before it?

I tried looking this up on the forums but couldnt find an answer, apologies if i posted at an incorrect forum, have just joined this fantastic club.

They talk about "which," and the circumstances in which a modifier doesn't immediate precede or follow the noun it modifies.
