My verbal score is consistently at the mid 30s level. My test is less than a week away - obviously I can't reschedule.

What would the best advice be to boost my Verbal score (even if it gets to V38-39)?
My problem areas I think are CR > SC > RC.

Some say that the best "bang for the buck" is SC. Any tips?

First of all, I want to caution you. Read this blog, and to avoid the problem described, check out the links at the end:

I don't know that there's necessarily a good "bang for the buck" choice among the three Verbal question formats. I would say: probably best to focus where you are weakest, because you have the most ground to gain there. On that same blog, you will find numerous articles and videos about each of the three Verbal question types: there's a lot that could help you there in the final week.
