Just going through some of the questions on here and the questions that are consistently tripping me up are the "the passage contains information that would answer these questions" type with choices I, II and III. That's not the best description but most people should see such questions floating around.
To me, they feel like a 3-part Detail questions, making my head spin given the race against the clock (particularly if the passage is long, and technical or scientific in nature). Is there a more efficient method or process to answer the question, or is it simply a case of raw power and aiming to make back the time in subsequent questions?

It sounds like you are describing a complex, three-part RC question. In the end, you still want to avoid having to go back and re-read parts of the passage, so you need an efficient method of note-taking. The only difference is you are using your notes to address three statements/questions instead of one.

Indeed - for context, this is the sort of question I'm referring to (from the antigen-antibody passage):
5. The passage contains information that would answer which of the following questions about cell-mediated immunological reactions?
I. Do lymphocytes form antibodies during cell-mediated immunological reactions?
II. Why are lymphocytes more hostile to antigens during cell-mediated immunological reactions than are other cell groups?
III. Are cell-mediated reactions more pronounced after transplants than they are after parasites have invaded the organism?
(A) I only
(B) I and II only
(C) I and III only
(D) II and III only
(E) I, II, and III
---
As I point out in my initial post, part of it for me is the "oh crap" mindset but they probably aren't as different as, for want of a better term, singular Detail questions. I'm trying to cut down on the note taking (as advocated by others here) because I used to do point by point, which takes a heap of time with little improvement in the outcome.
The way I look at the situation,I suppose it is approx. 110 seconds per question and you probably could make up the time from other RC questions.
Still, curious as to what others are doing.
