Is there a particular verbal section that you are having trouble with? We recommend subdividing sections and really focusing on a particular subsection to maximize retention and improvement while reducing confusion.
For CR, for example, we take a visual diagram approach:

The visual diagram approach is an approach that GMAT PILL specializes in for CR. Certainly, you shouldn't spend a lot of time diagramming - but during practice, it helps you think and visualize what is going on so you can make sense of the passage and question.
