I have purchased the verbal online course from E-GMAT around 1 month back.Currently my laptop has been sent for repairing on which i used to access the e-gmat course. Iam trying to access the online verbal course through another laptop.Iam able to login with my user account but not able to access the course.(free trial message on top left corner)
can anybody help me out.I have sent mails to e-gmat but they arenot responding.

Are you sure that you are navigating to the paid courses section. There is no reason for your account to be lock out of paid content. Please see the video below:
