GMAT test 1: 39Q - 18V - IR 6
Gmat test 2 today: 42Q - 19V - IR 5

I spent 2 months of additional studying in between tests, scored OK in gmat practice tests...

I don't get it and I am very disappointed. I usually never fail an exam twice... I had 3.7 GPA at York university in Toronto..

Any advice? Should I take the test in 2 weeks or 1 month?

Hi gmat59,

Before giving you any advice, can you please provide me answers to the following questions:

1. What is your target score?
2. When are you planning to apply to the Schools?
3. How many mock CATs did you take?
4. Did you take the GMAT Prep mock CATs. If yes, did you take the full CATs including the IR and the AWA?
5. Did you complete the Official Guide?
6. What was you method of study. Did you study from the books or did you enrol in any preparatory course?

With the help of these, we can identify the root cause.

How did you do on the GMATPrep practice tests (I'm assuming that you took them)?

Thank you for responding

1. What is your target score? 600
2. When are you planning to apply to the Schools? By January 15th (4th round)
3. How many mock CATs did you take? 10
4. Did you take the GMAT Prep mock CATs. If yes, did you take the full CATs including the IR and the AWA? No but I did for the last 2
5. Did you complete the Official Guide? No, do you have a link?
6. What was you method of study. Did you study from the books or did you enrol in any preparatory course?
I studied from the books of Manhattan Prep.

How I did in last 2 cat:
530 (Q44 - V20)
520 (Q37- V27)

I guess I'm really lacking in Verbal. I just need 600.

I read all the books
