I was writing a essay and this problem came in my mind. Two clauses are joined by 'and' so i think working and located should be parallel.it must be worked and located. Right?
"Was Working" is a past continuous tense and past continuous describes actions or events in a time before now, which began in the past and is still going on at the time of speaking. So correct option would be to use the first one.
