In the GMAT Club Ultimate Grammar book,
this topic is about Gerund and Infinitive:
In page 108, Verbs always followed by a Gerund, it was given that these verbs are always followed by Gerund when the complement is a verb.
But again in the Exercise 27, Question 8
Did you remember (deliver) ____ the package before going to work?
To remember is the correct answer mentioned.

Take this with a grain of salt, but TO DELIVER would be preferable to DELIVERING on the GMAT. It's more direct.
