I am looking for a recommendation for a good online material that teaches basic english grammer . I realized i am so poor in English i can't identify plural or singular verbs reliably.

You should search for the thread, since I forgot both the name and the date of the post. It was not so long time ago(few weeks, probably month). You should focus on the thread with attached files.
