i already have Office guide GMAT review 11th edition book along with separate Verbal (purple) and Quantitative review(green) books. These books are better for practices but donot have explanations about the topics.
I really need to work on the verbal section of the GMAT. I checked out the books for verbal mentioned on the website but i am contemplating on whether to get Kaplan GMAT Verbal Workbook(15th edition) or Kaplan GMAT Premier Program (2008 or 2009). I am looking for the books that teaches from scratch with more explanation about each topics. Are there any differences betwn Kaplan 2009 and 2008? if there are not much differences, i would rather buy 2008 with cd which is relatively cheaper.
Plz Advice at the earliest. I am taking test by the end of Dec 09 so will buy the book asap.
Thanks.
