My pick would be D, it's the only one logical.
C assumes that you can determine the usage of the product, with te bahaviour of the drivers. This is wrong

Wow, this really is a very strange question. Really strange, because one can argue in favor of everyone of those arguments.

For instance I can argue that A should be the answer because it clearly states - that a driver who reads the sign and honks in response to it... I can argue that "in response" implies that the driver honked because he read that advertisement.

Anyways... no choice seems to be better than the other.

B is most obvious. The argument is If X-> Y
here X is driver who doesnot use Blind-O Window Cleaner
Y is Honk
B has this correct logic!
