i did a sample test recently checking time frequently. Got distracted by the
extra time check - is it an overhead that is not constructive ? losing concentration to worry about time seem to be too much.

gmataquaguy, don't be so troubled about this timing thing (i just read your post on baner's 'Share Your Experience' thread). i am also in your shoes. 

What i just did: I glanced at the stem and believed this should be a breeze (3 lines). Then i linked the conclusion with the premise, and immediately the flaw popped up. I said to myself, "To weaken, i need something to tell me that people can know a country well without learning how the country's govt. was formed." i.e. the premise is not just the only thing that can be done. Bingo, 4 said just that and i didn't hesitate to pick it. My key is to train my brain to attack, attack and attack the argument, until i kill it.

Had i read it first and couldn't zero-in on an answer, i'll have gradually read it again, trying to catch the committing words (e.g. only, must, never, etc, etc).
